All insurance products are underwritten and issued by those carriers, and all coverage is subject to the terms of the issued policy, underwriting approval, and state availability.

Quotes, illustrations, and the estimated plan options shown on this website are for information only. They are computed from typical market rates, are not an offer of coverage, a binding quote, or a guarantee of price or eligibility, and may differ from the premium a carrier actually offers you after underwriting. Nothing on this website creates coverage; only a policy issued by a carrier does. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, the performance of any insurance contract between you and a carrier.

Wantok Insurance offers SMS text messaging to customers and prospective customers who opt in.

• Program name: Wantok Insurance customer care and quote follow-up messages.
• How to opt in: Check the SMS consent box on a form at wantokinsurance.com, or give us your verbal or written consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
• Message types: Conversational and informational messages about your quote request, appointment reminders, policy follow-ups, and customer care. We do not send messages unrelated to your relationship with us.
• Message frequency: Varies based on your interaction with us — typically no more than 4 messages per month.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To re-join, reply START or opt in again.

Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first — most concerns can be resolved with a phone call. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue it in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring a complaint to the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions.

Changes to these terms

Governing law; miscellaneous
